Professional Requirements & Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of safety and reliability, all applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Age & Communication: Must be 18 years of age or older and possess the ability to read, understand, write, and speak English proficiently to ensure clear communication with clients and medical staff.

Certifications: The employee holds a current CPR and First Aid certification to ensure they are prepared for any situation.

Health & Safety: Negative tuberculosis (TB) symptom screening results must confirm the employee is free of symptoms within the past year.

Transportation & Mobility: Valid Georgia Driver’s License and current auto liability insurance.

Access to a reliable personal vehicle to ensure timely arrival at client homes.

Technology: Must own and be able to operate a smartphone or tablet to clock in and out of shifts via our digital scheduling platform.
